STK Toronto, a standout in the global STK Steakhouse portfolio, blends a high-energy lounge atmosphere with elevated fine dining — offering Toronto an experience where sleek interiors, exceptional food, and a vibrant social vibe converge.

To elevate its digital identity and align it with the global STK brand while amplifying its local Toronto flair, STK Toronto partnered with Sammas, a creative digital marketing agency known for producing visually stunning, culturally relevant, and results-driven content for hospitality brands.

02 . The Solution

1. Content That Captures the STK Energy

Sammas developed a bold content strategy built around mood, motion, and mouthwatering visuals:

  • Food Photography & Reels: Each dish was shot with intent — medium rare steaks glistening under warm light, truffle fries styled for the camera, and shareable plates captured in action.

  • Cocktail & Drink Features: Signature STK cocktails were shot with cinematic angles, showcasing smoke, color, and flair to draw attention with just a scroll.

  • Ambience & People-Focused Shots: Guests, DJs, glowing interior design, and Toronto’s nightlife elite were brought into focus to show STK as more than a restaurant — it’s an experience.

  • Fast-paced Reels & Instagram Stories: Using transitions, trending audio, and curated storytelling, Sammas made sure every reel matched STK’s modern, high-energy aesthetic.


2. Building a Digital Vibe on Instagram

Sammas curated the entire Instagram feed to mirror STK Toronto’s in-person aesthetic:

  • Dark, rich color palette reflecting the venue’s decor and moody lighting

  • Grid layout that balanced food, drinks, interiors, and lifestyle moments

  • Consistent use of bold captions and high-quality visuals to maintain premium tone
